Excellent oil for nervous tension, irritability and depression, helps with insomnia and nervous digestion, relieves anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome and premenstrual tension. 

Use
Add 3-5 drops to water in an aromatherapy bottle or the desired number of drops to a diffuser or inhalation stick. Bergamot essential oil can also be used for direct inhalation. Do not use undiluted on skin, protect eyes and keep away from children.
