Hemp seed is from selected varieties of edible hemp seed that do not contain THC.
Hemp seed is characterized by a high protein content, is a source of a suitable combination of omega-3 and omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids and healthy plant streols. Hemp seed also contains antioxidants such as tocopherols and terpenes, vitamins, fiber and trace elements necessary for the human body.

TIP: Hemp milk
Put any amount of hemp seeds in a bowl, pour water over them and let them soak for about a day until the seeds start to crack and white sprouts appear. Change the water continuously. Then strain, put the seeds in a blender and add water at a ratio of 1.5 parts of water to 1 part of seeds. Mix until milk and skins remain, then strain through a fine sieve. You can also taste the milk, for example with honey, or you can mix it with the fruit.
