One of the best oils for nervous problems, it relieves nervous tension, anxiety, depression and insomnia, is antispasmodic and helps with a range of respiratory problems, clears the mind and induces meditation.

To use
Add 3-5 drops to water in an aromatherapy bottle or the desired number of drops to a diffuser or inhalation stick. Can also be used for direct inhalation.  Do not use undiluted on skin, protect eyes and keep away from children.

This is an essential oil that may change its consistency with long storage.
