BILLINGS, Montana — At a recent “Two Joint” rally in Billings, Montana, a group of protesters became agitated chanting “Three Is Better!” A mild scuffle broke out before officials could intervene and calm the ruckus.
“It’s always a question of progress and how we handle the change,” a Billings official was quoted as saying. “There’s clearly a very passionate contingent here that believes two joints is quite enough.”
Within minutes, the adversarial groups could be seen sharing two and then three joints simultaneously and hanging out.
Afterwards, Chimney Rickshaw, a local cab company, reportedly sponsored a “Bottomless Joint and Chili Cook-off.”
